How many times have you heard someone say, "All I want is to be happy"?
How many times have you thought "what is is going to take to make me happy"?
Well I think eliminating things in your life that are causing you stress and worry are a start.
What do you need to change to create the life you want?
What do you need to do more of that will make you feel good every day?
I started a daily list, just 3 things a day that I'm grateful for. I set am alarm on my phone to remind me to do this first thing in the morning. After 23 weeks it is a habit and a blessing.
I also started meditating, signing up for a 21 day meditation series. I am hoping this too will become a habit and help me to de-stress, relax more, and increase my happiness.
Find some things that are good for you to put you in a positive place.
Make changes that give you more happiness.
