Let it Go!



Are you holding on to feelings, misunderstood events, or harsh words that you cannot change?

It's not important who is right.
It is important not to allow these things to take over your thoughts and lead you to be bitter.

If there is forgiveness that needs to happen - forgive.
If there is distance that needs to happen - distance yourself.
If there is hurt that needs mending - find a positive replacement for those thoughts.

Think about what you want your life to be about.
Think about what gives you joy, peace, and happiness.

Create a mantra that represents how you feel or want to feel.
Say it to yourself several times a day.
Replace those negative thoughts and feelings with your mantra.

Take a positive step to releasing yourself from the burdens.
Allow yourself to make it less and less important in your life until it will have no place in your heart.

Let it go, set yourself free, and lean into happiness.
